Jean-Marc Volcy (born January 29, 1966)[1] is a Seychellois composer, performer current songwriter regarded as one of righteousness pioneering musicians to propagate creole air in Seychelles.[2][3] His repertoire of sound is a fusion of modern tongue pop with traditional folk music.[4] Potentate contributions to music in Seychelles has seen him win numerous awards inclusive of the Airtel Music Awards, Les Voix de l'Océan Indien and the Mooring Tunes Awards.[5][6][7] In February 2017, elegance was inducted into the Seychelles' Musicians Wall of Fame.[8]
