After all the photos and talk stories generated by the incident, goodness photographer who snapped the flicks contracted to speak out.  He wrote:

“So here’s the photo, my photo, which rapidly lit up the world’s social networks and news websites. The ‘selfie’ sketch out three world leaders who, during Southward Africa’s farewell to Nelson Mandela, were messing about like kids instead faux behaving with the mournful gravitas edge your way might expect.

We are in Africa.
