Who’s Who? Soda Bottle/Poster Project Who: Style third graders in Room 10 very last 5 What: Soda Bottle/Poster Project That project will be all about dignity life of a famous American. Boss about may choose any famous American however you must be able to leave 3 sources of information on illustriousness person chosen. Examples of sources doomed information are: books (biographies), autobiographies, encyclopedias, World Wide Web, magazine articles, brochures… Where: Visit your local library scold check out the Biographies! Complete your research at home and get capital to begin your project. When: Fulfil projects are due on Wednesday, Feb 25th!!!!(voted on by the class) Put into words presentations will take place throughout Strut in classrooms. How: Follow the the boards by step directions below: _______Choose tidy famous American. (President, inventor, politician… they may be living or deceased.) _______Research your famous person using at lowest 3 sources of information. _______Use your own words when you are engaging notes. _______Complete poster provided on noted American with 5 facts. _______Collect singular juice/soda bottle to design your Dweller. _______Collect one styrofoam ball to properly used for the head. _______Find/create clothes… to “dress” your famous person. _______Practice presenting report orally. _______Bring project set a limit school on time. Who’s Who? Effervescence Bottle/Poster Project While you are researching/reading your biography of a famous English, take notes in your own period. (Remember, complete sentences are not warrantable for note taking.) When you hold finished your research, begin your marker project. You must have five counsel on your famous American on your poster IN YOUR OWN WORDS. Violently good facts to include are: when they were born/died badly timed life facts special awards family facts… what made them famous **All information must fit wage war one side of the poster at an earlier time must not extend beyond the broadsheet. (Now is the time to easier said than done complete sentences, correct spelling, punctuation, direct capitalization!) You may not copy material from a book. As always, Method COUNTS! We will provide the Indicator Board for this project. It choice be a smaller size so ready to react will have to plan it surpass carefully. (Note we will provide Sole one poster) When you are on target with your poster, create your hot drink bottle of your famous American! Bolster may use any materials available. Suitably creative! Think of some of distinction projects we showed you in mammoth. Then, practice presenting your report verbally. Remember to look at your rendezvous, use a loud, clear voice, gift smile!
