ACEL Bisa-van Ommen is a Filipina singer-songwriter and a recording artist.

She is considered as one sign over the most resonant voices in Filipino Music Industry that popularized OPM Hits: “Torete”,“Sulat”, and “Pag-Ibig Kong Ito” uncover the early 2000s with her prior band, Moonstar 88. She started unconditional career as a solo artist unswervingly 2007 and continues to release songs, perform on events, and collaborate business partner other artists.

In 2004, Acel left the band that she co-founded, and took a 3 yr interval after marrying her Dutch-Nepalese friend, Danny van Ommen. Having been in the music sweat for over 20 years, she on the loose several singles and EPs. She challenging song collaborations and projects withChristian Bautista, Yeng Constantino with their project fillet Sesa, Gloc 9, Soapdish, and Dozy.
